If you’re looking for the typical photographer bio about loving coffee, thrifting, and binge-watching The Office… this probably isn’t that.
The reality is a little less curated and a little more human. I’m a mom of four and a homeschooling one, and most days are filled with the beautiful chaos of raising kids — answering endless questions, cleaning something that was just cleaned five minutes ago, and occasionally hiding in my bedroom eating potato chips in peace.
Life right now often feels like survival mode — but photography is the thing that reminds me to pause and notice the beauty in the middle of it all.
The quiet glances.
The chaotic joy.
The romance that feels a little wild and real at the same time.
Those are the moments I’m drawn to documenting.
Not the perfectly polished version of life.
The real one.
Outside of photography, I’m probably listening to the same indie playlists I had in high school (2013–2016 was peak and I’ll stand by that), starting books I may or may not finish, and thinking about things most people would call conspiracy theories.
My faith is also a big part of who I am. My goal isn’t to preach through my business, but to run it in a way that reflects the grace and sincerity I see in Him.
There’s something about witnessing two people step into a new chapter of life that never gets old to me. The anticipation, the nerves, the quiet moments, the wild celebration later — it’s all part of a story that deserves to be told honestly.
